Batgirl observes the city's most important personalities via cameras. At the pool of his villa, the police chief shamelessly exploits his position on a simple street politician. After giving the libidinous slut a full load in the face, he asks that the matter be treated as a strictly confidential official secret. Suddenly, two guys appear and procrastinate the police chief. Batgirl and Robin have been watching everything from their headquarters. They suspect that White Asshole is behind it and go to the Club of Perversions, a well-known meeting place for gang members.
